End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Blox Menu (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), governing your use of our downloadable software, Blox Menu (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software on a personal device, subject to the limitations outlined in this Agreement. You may not use the Software for any commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws while using the Software.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Software.
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in the Software for any unauthorized advantage or unfair gameplay.

Intellectual Property

The Software is the intellectual property of Blox Menu and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You do not acquire ownership of the Software under this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blox Menu, its licensors, or any affiliated parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Updates and Changes

We may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. You agree to promptly install any updates provided. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blox Menu with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
